Background/Interesting Fact
I have been a visual observer off and on since I was a young lad, I have the past 12 years enjoyed some high-tech astronomical imaging with my 127mm refractor and 8" RC scopes. I have 2 books published by Springer Books, called: Scientific Astrophotography and Remote Observatories for Amateur Astronomers. I have worked over 35 years in the utility/nuclear industry, specializing in nuclear instrumentation, controls, and protection systems. I also have done work in scaling and uncertainty calculations for instrumentation systems. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a private pilot.
I am currently the VP Engineering for Explore Scientific, LLC. and one of the founders and VP of MSRO Science, Inc.
