Something is wrong with the JAAVSO web pages. I am logged in to the AAVSO site, yet I cannot download the new JAAVSO volume.
Never mind, I guess. I logged out of AAVSO entirely then logged back in, and now I've downloaded the issue.
(Though the AAVSO logo atop the download page doesn't actually link to the home page.)
I have seen ongoing problems where the JAAVSO pages do not understand that the user has logged in, and so do not offer article downloads. I believe this is due to miscommunication between the Drupal environment (where one actually logs in), and the Django environment (where one downloads).
There are two ways to reach JAAVSO, through "Our Publications" under the "About Us" drop-down menu, or through the JAAVSO "box" on the home page. One route may work for downloads when the other doesn't.
