Help please. VPhot not working

VPhot returns this error on all files I am trying to process. It includes files that I have processed before.

 

Server Error in '/app' Application.

Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

Coping with VPhot out of memory

When there are lots of people on the site system memory can become a scarce resource.
It's not a fault with your image files.
All you can do is back off and come back in an hour and try again.
If the problem continues, get word to me and I'll review the system and if its tight, I'll reboot the server.
