Membership Renewal Process

Hello All,

I just renewed my membership. The process ask how you want to pay. I chose credit card

which processed. Then a couple of minutes later it notified me that my payment had been 

processed through PayPal. Why? I did not choose PayPal. I chose a credit card. I want to 

make sure my credit card was not compromised or that I was charged twice.

The same thing happens to me…

The same thing happens to me every year.

Never had a problem with it.

I think it is OK.

Renewal payments.

Seems to me the AAVSO uses Paypal to process credit card payments.

I have been using a credit card to pay for stuff with the AAVSO for years, and I always get an notification from Paypal.

Everything has been fine for me, it's all gone through like it's supposed to.

Julian is correct. The AAVSO uses PayPal for payment processing.
