Workflow for generating transformation info

I'm getting ready to start transforming my data.  I've probably missed this somewhere, but I'm unable to figure out how to generate the input file for the TransformGenerator using VPhot.  The closest I've found is this posting:  https://www.aavso.org/new-vphot-workflow-simplify-prepping-data-tg

However, in this example you have to specify a sequence to use and the sequence for Landolt field SA41 is not there.  Are these instructions correct and I just have to load this sequence from somewhere?  Is this whole process explained in the official documentation somewhere and I've just missed it?

What stars to eliminate?

Ken,

Thanks, that was the missing piece.  Some of the Standard Stars have low SNRs in the Photometry Report.  Should I eliminate those less than (say) 100, or do I keep them all?  A couple of the fainter stars have SNRs of 29 and 30.
