SunTuf is light and easy to handle compared to shingles over plywood. You will also like the much brighter interior of your observatory.

I'd just like to add that if you have to cut Sun Tuf the easiest way is with tin snips
Absolutely. The stuff both thin and tough, and saw teeth snag on it.
