I have just seen the Annual Report and was disappointed to find that the observer totals (by country) are again not part of the report but dowload separately. Not only that, but unlike in the past there are no individual observer's totals. Maybe it's too much work for an overloaded HQ staff to produce the individual totals, but I don't know the background. For pity's sake why can't a table of numbers just over a page in length, which tabulates the origins of the data that is the very raison d'etre for the existence of the organization, be part of the report?

I happened to read that list an hour ago. There were country totals and individual totals.

True. Scrolling down reveals many pages of individual observer totals. I can see how the decision not to include them in the report in that format could have been made. But they used to be in the report in a condensed layout taking up far less page space.
