PNV J00432946+4117137 (NR:)
Half an hour ago a possible nova in M31 was reported as follows:
2017 Dec. 24.6929 UT, RA 00 43 29.46, DEC +41 17 13.7 (J2000.0), 16.8 mag (CCD, unfiltered), discoverer: N.N.
The reported position is only 0.3" from the He/Nn nova M31N 2007-10b (X-ray source CXO J004329.4+411713 = 3XMM J004329.4+411713). Recurrent nova?

Belligoli, Verona, Italy reports the discovery of an PNV by Flavio Castellani, Raffaele Belligoli, Claudio Marangoni and Fernando Marziali, in the course of the ISSP Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at RA 00 43 29.46 DEC +41 17 13.7 (equinox 2000.0) Offset 512E 68N. Apparent magnitude about 16.8 R in host Galaxy NGC 224 (M31)."
