Questions: Baader-Bessell UBVRI filter transmittances

I am in the process of learning the ins and outs of stellar photometry and plan to contribute measurements to the AAVSO database. I have planned to use the new Baader Bessell UBVRI filters. But I just recently found on the Baader website a document that records spectral transmittance measurements on those filters, and the results make me question my plan. https://www.baader-planetarium.com/en/blog/results-of-the-tests-made-by-galli-gianni-about-the-new-baader-ubvri-bessel-filters/

Hi,

Suddenly my AIP4WIN is not working anymore... I deleted it and re-installed it but now I again see the notice 'Component 'COMctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid'

Please can someone help me?

Many thanks

Eddy

Camera suggestions

Broadening my recent post asking for feedback on potential cameras, it occurs to me that I should rather open the question up and ask for recommendations.  The world of cameras has become complex and hard to keep up with.  Any suggestions for a ~2900 FL system would be appreciated.

Also, any thoughts on either of these.  QHY4040 and 42 Pro.

ASI2600 vs SBIG ALUMA2020

Trying to decide on a camera.  A key feature is the system is robotic and runs through ACP scheduler which relies on Maxim to handle the camera.  Candidate Cameras are an ASI2600 and SBIG ALUMA2020.  FL of the system around 2000mm.  Would be looking to bin perhaps 4X on the ASI.  I am new to CMOS complexity but that has some implications.

Dichroic or Trichroic Prism setup in OTA for photometry

Are there design flaws in using a dichroic or trichoic prism assembly to split incoming light from an OTA and imaging with multiple sensors similar to how microscope assemblies are able to image in multiple bands at the same time? Is it just the cost and complexity of such an assembly being out of reach for amateurs especially compared to OSC or DSLR setups? What made me think about it was reading about the trichroic prism setups for the old television camcorders that have 3 ccd's and the prism to split out the light into RGB.

My question is, will Starlight Xpress Trius Pro-35 Monochrome be a good fit for my Celestron C8, (Non EDGE, w/ or w/o focal reducer).  My tracking/guiding is decent with over 7 minute exposures succssesfull.

What are the benefits of adding Ic and Rc filters to the Johnson B and V set

I'm sure this question has been asked before, and I was hoping to find a search utility on the forum web page.  Since I could not find anything, here is my question.  I've been doing CCD photometry with Johnson B and V filters for about a year.  These are AstroDon intereference filters purchased used through Astromart.  I recently added a Schott glass RG9 filter as an analog for an Ic filter.  Measurements of the standard cluster NGC 7790 yield a very nice transform from instrumental magnitudes with the RG9 filter and standard Ic-band magnitudes.  Baadar Planetarium is still offering Rc and
