Hi
If i download a single image, i get it, but if i try to download more images, it downloads an archive, but i can't use it because it's corrupt, also it's just 4kb or something. Am i doing something wrong?
Please share the images you are downloading with user SGEO.
Let me take a look at what's going on.
George
Hi
I shared the data with you. Sorry for the delay
Gabriel
Gabriel:
When you said that you downloaded multiple images in an archive, did you mean a zipped file? That is the normal file type that is downloaded.
If so, did you unzip the images before you tried to open them in some other software? What software were you trying to open them with?
Ken
The zipped file that downloaded is very small... Like some kb's. I can't unzip it because it can't be opened as an archive..
Gabriel:
I just downloaded five images as a test. They were zipped in one file. I extracted them and then opened them successfully.
I recommend that you try the process again.
Ken
Hi
Yes, it works with about 40.. but if i try and download all of them (180), it gives me the corruped zip.
Gabriel:
We have seen similar download limitations before. Not sure why but two options exist:
1. Download in small groups. Annoying but not the end of the world. I assume you want to do something with the images on your own computer?
2. Download from your ftp folder. There is a link on your 'You have Data" email.
