Actually I'm some what confused as I don't have any idea how to search the forum (the search field on the top of the AAVSO page doesn't do anything for me). Can someone give me a hint?
it would be also great to have a history of forum posts at least from the past days (1 week) or so. Now only two or three posts are visible on the main AAVSO webpage and all other entries are somehow hidden.
How to search the forums: try an external search engine
I found out quite by accident that when I tried doing an internet search (in my case using Startpage) on a topic I'd posted on a forum, my post turned up. So the web crawlers do in fact index AAVSO forums. I cannot say how robust it is, however.
