Low-resolution spectrum obtained on 2019 June 3.96 UT shows a blue continuum with Balmer absorption lines and weak Halpha in emission, weak He I emission lines at 4438 and 7065 A are also detected; the overall spectrum is characteristic of a dwarf nova outburst (ATel #12842).
Outburst photometry on 2019 June 4.4268 UT: B= 16.75, V= 16.30, Rc= 16.17, Ic= 16.68 (S. Kiyota, personal communication). Prior to the brightening on 2019 June 2, no outbursts were recorded by the ASAS-SN Sky Patrol since 2016 February 5.
