1 Schmeer, Patrick Common proper motion pair with GSC 00251-01390 = Gaia DR2 3873721409029428352 (Gmag. 14.02, parallax 5.3953 ± 0.0367 mas, distance 193 ± 10 pc), which is 9" to the SSE.
2 Schmeer, Patrick Gaia DR2 parallax 5.4521 ± 0.2777 mas (distance 183 ± 10 pc).
3 Schmeer, Patrick "Most likely a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova (in quiescence). CV-type spectrum (WD visible) in SDSS. The Gaia data suggest that it can reach mag 10 in outburst. Some variation in the CRTS data." (vsnet-chat 7933). Gaia DR2 parallax 5.4521 (+/-0.2777) mas.
