1 GCVS Team Peculiar non-stellar object at the apex of the reflection variable [J.C.Duncan, PASP 68, 517, 1956.] cometary nebula NGC 2261. Probably young star surrounded by dust cloud. Light curve in [C.O.Lampland, J.Ashbrook, AJ 54, 91, 1949.].
