J-K= 0.90+/-0.03 corresponds to M spectral type. CV= 12.4 flare found on two NMW survey images obtained on 2020-03-07.099 UT. Possible previous flare on 2015-08-11.247 in ASAS-SN data https://asas-sn.osu.edu/light_curves/666900c2-1273-4342-9b27-2c8c343e7ed7 According to Gaia this is a common proper motion binary with 1.7" separation. Gaia DR2 parallax of the brighter component: 15.74 +/-0.04 mas. Listed in ATLAS catalog of candidate variable stars as "dubious". Maximum and minimum magnitudes from NMW photometry.
