Hello All,

Some may have noticed that VPHOT cannot be accessed at the present time. We have identified the issue, but unfortunately it will take some time to solve. We anticipate the server will be unavailable until tomorrow around 8 p.m. ET (0 UTC) evening March 15th 2018. This is a purely speculative time, and may change as the situation progresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience in this matter.

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. VPhot is, unfortunately, still down. We are still working on the problem and I will provide further updates, and hopefully a timeline, when they become available.

Also I am rather worried about this long failure and the lack of news. My analysis of the collected data is still waiting for VPHOT to come back to work.
