Request for trouble-shooting assistance

We have received a request from a member-observer who needs help in figuring out why his computer/CCD/telescope/software won't work together properly. He has tried posting questions to the forum, but still can't figure out what he is doing wrong. He would like someone to have a TeamViewer session with him so the person can look at his settings, etc., to try to see what is wrong and help him get things working properly. He gives this equipment list (any typos are my doing):
