Not really. The lines are very broad (~2600km/s) and show PCygni profiles. It turned out to be a rare event when a known dwarf nova turned into a classical nova. The red continuum is due to high IS extinction. The spectrum was referenced in this paper
Lookes like a late type star with H-alph in emission. That is completely consisent with a Dward Novae, no?
