I'm a new account holder who is trying to request an observer code, which is located on the profile tab of the "My account" page. But when I click on the profile tab, I just get an error message. The same error appears on multiple different browsers and on at least three different computers, so it seems to be at the website's end rather than some error on my part (although I'd be happy to be proven wrong). On Safari, the error is "Too many redirects occurred trying to open "https://www.aavso.org/user/login?destination=/apps/member/"." Any ideas of how to access the profile tab?
When you run into this you need sign out of AAVSO and close the browser window.
Then try signing in again.
This situation happens occasionally because of the web sites architecture involving two different domains, drupal and django. Sometimes they don't get on the same page!

Thanks, George. Sounds promising, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for me. Still getting the same redirect error, even after logging out everywhere, closing every browser window and quitting every browser, clearing cache, etc., and still getting it on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, on two different computers running different OSs. Other thoughts?
