Problems to launch VStar

Hello,

I have been using VStar for more than a year, but since some weeks I cannot always launch the web version. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I used the link Download via Java Web Start, download the file vstar.jnlp and nothing happens (at least more often than it works). No error message, just nothing. I do have Java installed and updated.

I also have a local VStar version on my computer which works allways well.

I use Windows 10.

Any ideas?
