Discovered on two frames by Y. Sakurai, Mito, Japan, using Nikon D7100 digital camera + 180-mm f/2.8 lens. Nothing is visible at this location on two frames (limit mag.= 12.5) taken on 2017 Mar. 28.781 UT. There is a star (mag= 14.5) at 35s.08 and 37".6."
