W30 time series to be analyzed

Like W28, W30 was one of Paul Wright's telescopes that was originally at Tom Krajci's Astrokolhoz observatory near Cloudcroft, NM.  It operated there from 2009-12-22 (JD 2455187) through 2012-06-28 (JD 2456106), and then was moved to Bill Goff's observatory in California.  During the 3 years the system was operated by Tom, it was used heavily for time series targets.  Some of the data has been submitted to the AID, but most of it has not.  Like W28, I'm listing the time series targets and some information about each target.  If you are interested in analyzing these datasets and submitting them to the AID, that would be great; just post your name here and what targets are of interest.  Cliff has been kind enough for the W28 targets to retrieve these images and put them on your VPHOT account, so I'm hoping he will do the same for W30!

Guidelines for "adopting" any of these time series:

- check the light curve generator for any dataset and make sure there are no time series in the date interval.  If there are, then report the observer code or observer name found, and I'll double-check my email to see if that observer requested AAVSOnet observations.  That dataset may or may not be already submitted.  Most EAs are Dr. Valentina (Valia) Kozyreva (Russia), likely not submitted; RRAB stars are either Josch Hambsch or Dave Hurdis and probably submitted; most CVs are Tom's, and likely submitted to CBA but not to the AAVSO.  I've now updated the table with the observer codes that I think requested the observations.  Also, any stars that volunteers pick will have the observer/initials in bold italic after them.

- if it looks like observations were not submitted, then post on this forum what dataset you want

- after processing, double-check (maybe via webobs) that you are not duplicating a submission

- have fun!

W30 time series.

Hi Arne,

I would like to give AO Ser a go if still up for grabs.  There is only one time series in this time frame from SAH on 2456068.

Arne:

I would like to get data from V514 Dra which may be a totally eclipsing EW.  If that proves to be the case then this OCB can be added to my list of potential targets for LC modeling.

Thank you,

Kevin

How would you like your images?

Dennis, Kevin,

I will work on pulling those images from the archive.  Would you like them available on our FTP server or sent to VPhot?

best regards

Cliff

W30 time series.

Arne,

I have finished with AO Ser.  Would like to try CR Sct if still available.  LCG and WebObs show no CCD observations

in this time frame in the AID.
