This star is classified as a UGSU with a range 11.2 - 18V. Only one outburst has been seen back in April 2004. It has been observed fairly extensively since then. Of course, the outbursts could coincide with when it's close to the Sun, but the odds would suggest we woud see at leasts oem outbursts.
Could this star be another UGWZ? I did note Boris' comments made on 29 April 2013 about HST observations of QZ Lib. Whatever it is, it seems like a strange star.

Hi Stephen,
I have it in my notes as a UGWZ type with multiple rebrightenings after outburst, similar to VX For and EG Cnc. However, I seem to have lost the reference for that paper! No luck with doing a Google search either, but I think it was included in a paper where a number of UGWZ were studied together.

Yes, it seems it was known to be a UGWZ from vsnet observations and it has been classified as such in several papers by Kato et al., including this one:
