I have just uploaded two images (B and V) of the SN in M 101. Both plate solved without problem. On both images the target has a SNR >200. The FOV is 23 arcmin square. The target shows clearly in both images.
When I try to load the VXS or GCVS catalogs I get "No variable stars found."
When I try to load the AAVSO comps I get: "No AAVSO sequence available. The AAVSO service might be unavailable.
The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."
I get the same problem with either images.
It's 3:47pm Pacific time. I'm sharing one of the images with MZK.
