I am pleased to report that we have submitted a paper reporting new RCB discoveries and spectroscopic confirmations to A&A. The astro-ph version can be found here:

21 new RCBs?

21 new RCB and 2 new DY Per stars? Congratulation.

It would be interesting to search for RCBs using similar methods for declinations > +28 deg.
