Tycho: A New Option to Create Transformation Coefficients

Today I am excited to announce a new module in the Tycho software to generate transformation coefficients.  My hope is that this will provide an easier approach for those who might have had some difficulties with python/anaconda in the past.  This new option supports all AAVSO standard fields and is a self-contained, native Windows application (Mac version forthcoming).
