TT Mon, the DT Campaign, and V quality control (again)

To all observers of TT Mon:

This star has a difficult minimum to observe, and is the focus of some recent effort, and the Double Trouble  LPV Campaign. Some recent ccd V estimates look like they may be loosing the required discipline. With TT Mon, Mike Simonsen's measures appear the standard to try for. (My obs are visual, and no doubt I have my own issues...).
