Transient object in Scorpius

According to CBAT Transient Objects website we've got a transiente object (possible nova?) in Scorpius with magnitude 10.1 (U).

Yes, TCP J17154683-3128303 appears to be a possible nova based on amplitude and detection of x-rays (ATel #6015). An AAVSO Special Notice will be issued this afternoon.

I observed visually today (2014 March 28 ~08:00 UT) and estimated at 11.8 using Tycho-2 comps.
