Our small Sequence Team (we populate the Photometry Tables for all Charts) is in need of a new member whom we will train. Prefer that this new team member be a CCD (or other digital form) experienced observer (we already have two active members who are visual observers). The time commitment, once trained, varies quite a bit with a range of 0 hours in a given week to as much as 10-15 hours (unusual) with an estimated average ~ 3.5 hours/week for each team member.
This is truly a vital position for the health of the sequence/chart creating team which plays an important role within the AAVSO for all observers.
Ideally, because of the time invested to train a sequence team member and given the age of the other four active team members it would be ideal if the applicant was less than ~65 years of age.
Please advise me of your interest and any questions you might have.
I would also appreciate your phone number and a range of times that you are comfortably available.

In recent years, I have often asked you for new references and sometimes I turn to Aladin and the UCAC4 catalog in order to find reference stars for various PRO / AM projects. I have a full time job, but, I would have some time in the evening and I would like to know more.
