Due to the long holiday weekend in the USA, we have extended the deadline for submitting an Abstract for presentations (in-person or remote) and posters (in-person only) at the 112th AAVSO Annual Meeting to Monday, September 11, 2023. Click here for instructions on submitting an abstract.
REMINDER: Once your talk or poster is accepted you must be registered for the Meeting by 9/21/23 to keep your talk slot in the Meeting agenda. We recommend you book your hotel rooms now as the Group Rate rooms are going fast. You will not be charged by the hotel until you check in.
