The type star of all YSOs! - T Tauri - is currently the faintest I have ever seen it. I made it 11.6 last night (Boxing day, 26 Dec) and at first the field looked unfamiliar because of this. For those of us who are used to its smaller variations this came as a pleasant surprise, although other anomalous behaviour has been seen before. A Ukrainian observatory recorded a one-night surge from mid-10th mag up to 9.9 (unverified I believe, but it was a professional institution) so beware... even the seemingly well-behaved YSOs can spring surprises!

Oh... and V730 Cep is having another deep fade, caught it at 15.4 last night too.
