Hi Massimo,

No problem with star name.  NSV 20126 has no AUID yet in VSX yet. Just log into VSX, go to the NSV 20126 page, click on 'request an AUID'. An official AAVSO Unique Identifier will soon be made available for this suspected variable. When it is, you will be able to submit your observations !

kind regards,

NSV 20126 and AUIDs

Hi Massimo,

Steve is right.
NSV 20126 turns out to be a very small amplitude variable according to its historical data.
It makes not much sense to devote resources to it unless you alreayd have proof that it is varying more than 0.1 mag.
We tend to assign AUIDs to variables that may have larger amplitudes that may give more value to the observations obtained.
If you have observations proving the star to vary in some consistent way contradicting what there is already in VSX (I made a revision to update the information), please consider submitting a revision to VSX. In that light, we could assign an AUID to encourage more observations.

Cheers,
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian

However I recontrolled the vsx and I don't remember this range for this star (0,1) otherwise I don't has observing this star visually, also for another catalogue name there is a modified
