PNV J17180658-3204279 in Sco

There is a report of another possible nova in Scorpius at Central Bureau of Astronomical Telegraphs:

The presence of a transient seems well-established, and amplitude of eruption seems consistent with a nova - has anybody confirmed its nature spectroscopically yet?
