I got bored one cloudy day and made some "improvements" to the spreadsheet.
They are:
1. Added a Index column; sorting by the index restores the spreadsheets to it's originally order.
2. Split the Mag Range column into to two columns: minimum and maximum

I will look it over and play with it. This is the kind of approach that helps, not only our new observers, but those as myself, who are looking for ways to improve our observing program.
