Up loading VS data programmatically

Hi ,

 I've been away from AAVSO for some time and want to get into uploading observation data again. A few years ago I wrote a program the helped me collect the data and then up load it to AAVSO. Obviously  things have changed since I last used the link https://aavso.org/webobs/file . The page now complains that I don't have a obs code. My code is SNOB.

Perhaps someone can tell me the proper mechanism for uploading this data.
