I have use LCG for years to check my entries after each session.  Last week it quit working.  when i put in a object is says it loading by just sits there with the circle spinning in the center of the screen.  I have waited several day thinking some one would fix the problem but it's still not working.  Is anyone else having this problem or have any ideas?  Everything else on the site is working so i don't think it's something on my end but i'm no computer wiz.

Thanks

Limit Date Interval

Steve:

Both LCG2 and LCG1 just worked for me BUT I intentionally limited the start and end JD dates. I chose ss cyg and gv peg. BTW, I started from Data>Data Access>LCG2 (or LCG1). I also started from the target box and links on right side of web page.

Try this for your target of interest.

LCGv2 fixed

Hi All,

We found a small bug in LCGv2 which was corrected last night. This problem appeared to only affected users of the "Edge" browser which is why it continued to work OK for others. Please try again and let me know if you continue to experience problems getting data to load.

Thanks,
Sara

Ah... another triumph for those s***t hot coders at IE ||-). Microsoft have never got over the embarrassment of being beaten to the internet by basically everyone else.

LCG2 and Windows 10 Edge

Just read your post.  I tried LCG2 and it now works for me.  Thanks for all your effort to repair.

Light curve generator just "spins" and hanging the browser

When the LCG2 tries to plot data for a huge data base (the star AM CVn has over 400,000 observations in the data) the generator appears to "choke".  If I entered LCG2 without specifying a star, I enter the star name but only a few days for the interval it plots OK.  Can these problems by corrected rather than the work-arounds?

Thanks,
