Early Bird Pricing Ending Soon for Annual Meeting Registration and Hotel Group Rate

Just a few reminders for the 108^thAAVSO Annual Meeting in Las Cruces, New Mexico:

The early bird registration rate of $199.00 for the AAVSO Annual Meeting ends on September 15^thso please try to register and pay your fee before that date to take advantage of the lower rate.

The AAVSO Group Rate at the conference meeting hotel, Hotel Encanto, ends on September 26^th so please book your room in advance of that day to get the group rate of $109.00/night.

Abstracts are due on September 24^th. We have received quite a few abstracts to date so please submit your abstract online soon as space is limited. Remember you must be registered for the meeting before you can access the Abstract submission page.

There are still 12 seats left on the bus for the Apache Point field trip on Monday, October 21^st. It is an all-day trip to both Apache Point and the Sunspot Observatory. Only AAVSO members that have registered and paid for the trip ($50.00)  for the trip in advance will be allowed on the private tours that day. Registration is first come, first served.

There are 15 banquet tickets left for the evening of Sunday, October 20^th. Banquet tickets are $75/person.

The meeting agenda will be posted on the website in early October after all the Abstracts are received and scheduled.
