Thank you for asking about downloading observations from the AAVSO International Database (AID).
You may download your own observations via the Download feature in WebObs. You may download observations from the AID of any object for any interval via the Data Download form (https://www.aavso.org/data-download). Download formats are comma-, tab-, or space-delimited. The file will be .txt; download it, then rename the extension to what is appropriate.
For links to uploading data to or downloading data from the AAVSO's public databases - photometry and visual, spectroscopy, exoplanets - go to our homepage (https://www.aavso.org) and click on the "Submit and Access Data" icon in the middle left square of the large grid.
