I finally worked out Demetra 7.3.3.0.

These comments may only be applicable to my bench testing using a solar spectrum.

1. When I run in Automatic the program does not automatically calculate Tilt and Smile, so Geometry is Orange and so are the next two processes, with Calibration showing Red and the program pauses. At least for me, the rest of the analysis has to be carried out manually.

2. I manually calculate Tilt and Smile and then proceed through the next two steps to Calibration.

3. Automatic Calibration requires two critical parameter values: Central Wavelength for Pass 1 and a percent (%) value in Pass 2 for "Ref. lines scope."

4. Central Wavelength is taken from your camera settings (I set mine to 6500).

5. At least for my solar spectrum analysis the default value of "Ref. lines scope" (99%) was too high and Pass 2 did not compute. I set it at various values between 50% and 90% and all those values tried permitted Pass 2 to run. (What this actually means is unclear to me, part of the questions to Shelyak I am preparing.)

6. Calibration was successful.

7. I think I was successful in generating and applying a response curve, but I have some questions about Response that I am sending to Shelyak just to make sure. I don't want to put out incorrect information.

PS: I would show you the result but Choose Files is not functional.
