We're about 10 miles east of the range of mountains seen in the news. The pre-evacuation is for west of I-25, or about 7 miles from here. There's lots of smoke at times, depending on the winds. It would take an even greater catastrophe for the current fire to make it here. However, today I heard one person mowing a law and another using an electric saw in the neighborhood. That is more scary than the Waldo Canyon fire right now.

Rainy, rainy skies - PLEASE!
