BGEF observations not from BGEF

We noticed that an unknown observer is sending data to your database using the observer code of BAV member Gerhard Bösch = BGEF. See as example the
light curve of EH Lib. Those data are not sent by Gerhard Bösch!

Is it somehow possible for you to verify this and to find the real observer?

I already sent this request twice by email but never got an answer.
