AAVSO observations still come from only *one* observer (Josch Hambsch, HMB): https://app.aavso.org/webobs/results/?star=ASASSN-21gk

Recent ASAS-SN Sky Patrol (Shappee et al. 2014ApJ...788...48S and Kochanek et al. 2017PASP..129j4502K) light curve and data:

Spectroscopy as well as time-resolved and multiband photometry are urgently required.

Clear skies,
Patrick

I've added it to my schedule…

I've added it to my schedule now for one observation every 30min.  Let me know if you want more or less frequent.

Observations on a 30min…

Observations on a 30min interval seem about right - I've managed to get a couple of decent runs around some mixed weather but it will take a much more consistent observation approach around the globe to have a chance at getting a coherent curve.

Is there any more thought or research to suggest what is going with this star?
