This star has a given range in VSX of 14.1 - 19.0 V
Last night I recorded it at 135 (20200118.413). It was hard to estimate as the brightest comparison star was 144. So I contacted Tim and he found brighter comparison stars. I hope to observe it again tonight.
This has to be its brightest recorded outburst.
BTW I thought I'd check ASASSN and they recorded it at 18.192 at 13.558.
