I Get RA 4.64?

'cuz the coordinate units in what comes back are decimal degrees... coordinate uncerts are in arc-sec.

Silly me, Ask for hours from VSP or VSX, and I get degrees from APASS.
Was there some method or logic to it?
Was APASS data supposed to goto VSP charts?
Does VPHOT grab APASS data?
If not, can I do it for a field of interest to me?
