Hi,
Suddenly my AIP4WIN is not working anymore... I deleted it and re-installed it but now I again see the notice 'Component 'COMctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid'
Please can someone help me?

What version of AIP are you using? Have you joined aip4win@groups.io? Did you know that when Willmann-Bell went out of business, I created a new version of AIP that does not require registration: aip4win.v.2.4.10.nonreg. The download is free and available to all users.
Windows probably updated and the link between AIP and the OCX got interrupted. If you check, the OCX file will be present. If you post the question in aip4win@groups.io, one of the Windows experts (I am not a Windows expert) can guide you through the process of re-registering the OCX. The users in the group have been incredibly helpful in helping users with problems like this one.

Ok thanks Richard! I will send a mail to the mentioned adres. I do not know which version I used but I have the handbook and disk AIP4WIN 2.0. Can I try installing it again or is it of no use...?
