Ability to set annulus size when using Transformation option
Yes, the annulus settings are saved with the sequence, and applied when the sequence is used, such as for transformation and time series.
So simply open one of the images, apply the sequence, adjust the annulus of stars and save the sequence. These settings will be used in succeeding analysis.
I created a sequence using 4, 5, and 3 as the settings for the aperture, annulus inner radius, and width.
When I did the transform using the sequence, it appeared to ignore the values. I tried setting the aperture to both the variable setting and fixed setting and both seemed to ignore the 4, 5, and 3.
I have an image of the results if you want to see it.

Annulus inner radius and with are saved with the sequence, and applied in the analysis.
Aperture radius is NOT stored in the sequence. Instead you specify the aperture when you start the analysis.
Not sure what you mean when you say that the setting are ignored?
