Hi,
I have tried twice to put in a new proposal. I fill out all the blanks and hit submit. It appears that the proposal doesn't get added to the list of proposals. The last one at the top of the list is 6 days old and marked as new.

I also had problem to submit a request. For me the problem seemed to be the format of the RA/Dec fields. I had problem when I used decimal format (xx.xxxxx) but it worked when I used sexagesimal format (HH MM SS.xx)

Hi. I'm with the same issue and don't know what to do.
Please describe the problem you are having with enough detail so we can advise or fix.
Cledison:
Enter the RA and DEC in sexigesimal format and you should have no problem.
You were probably entering RA in Decimal Degrees (<360....) NOT Decimal Hours (<24.....) which is requested.
