In an effort to maintain a safe meeting space, we are trying to limit contact on as many items as possible. Therefore, both in-person and online Meeting attendees will receive an email from the AAVSO on November 1st with a link to the online attendee packet. You may print out a copy yourself, or view it online at any time.
In-person Meeting attendees: if you need us to provide you with a printed copy, please email us no later than October 28th, and you can pick it up at the Annual Meeting registration desk.
