As of May 30th all of the AAVSO discounted rooms were SOLD OUT! This year we booked more room nights then in the past 3 years so we are expecting great attendence this year!
Last night we were able to add 10 more rooms to our block, however, it often takes the hotel several days to update our direct booking link. If you get a message online that says there are no more rooms at the AAVSO discounted rate please call the hotel directly to book your room and tell them you are with the AAVSO group. If you plan to attend please book soon!
