There's a thread on CloudyNights about a star getting brighter near NGC 3147 in the Experienced Imaging forum. It looks like this star is CP Dra. Unscientifically, it looks to be brighter than the mag 15 at the 'bright' end in VSX. I hope to point this way when the clouds clear.

Looks like it is at the max listed in VSX

I managed to point at this one this morning and it was 14.9x in V.
